This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel their admission or request a refund for courses offered by Amin Survey Institute.

1. Admission Cancellation

  • Students may request cancellation of admission by submitting a written request via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation requests must include the student’s name, course enrolled, and payment details.

2. Refund Policy

  • Admission fees are non-refundable once the admission is confirmed.
  • Course fees paid after commencement of classes are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided for partial course completion or non-attendance of classes.

3. Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Fees paid for online courses, digital content, recorded sessions, or downloadable materials are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once access to online content is granted, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained.

4. Installment Payments

  • Installment payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension from classes or examinations.
  • Paid installments are non-refundable.

5. Course Cancellation by Institute

If Amin Survey Institute cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students may be offered:

  • Transfer to another batch or course, or
  • A partial or full refund at the discretion of the institute.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
