  • Online course access details are shared via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
  • Digital certificates (where applicable) are sent through email or made available for download from our website.
  • There is no physical shipping for digital products.

3. Physical Materials (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical materials such as printed notes, ID cards, or certificates are issued:

  • Materials may be collected directly from the institute campus.
  • If courier service is used, shipping charges (if any) will be informed in advance.
  • Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination location.

4. Shipping Timeline

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

The institute is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the student. Any re-shipping costs must be borne by the student.
